I have fallen way behind here. I notice that my lag on the blog began about the time we started putting the remodel first. Let me catch up one kid at a time, then I'll up-to-date our summer start.

Cambry was invited to do the drama banquet. She came home after the first rehersal and said, "I have lines.... I have a LOT of lines.... I have lines on nearly every page!" She played the lead, Penelope, in "See How They Run," a fast-paced farce set in 1940's London. She worked really hard on that play and at times was not quite sure she could pull it off. But she did. It came off wonderfully and both Dave and I teared up as we watched a mature young woman toss lines out like it was no big deal.
She also graduated from Canyon View Junior High. Cambry was a tad disappointed that she couldn't keep a 4.0 all the way through junior high. But she learned so much through the plays, I don't think she lost any ground with two A-'s and a B.

Wow! The props and costumes in that play look really good. What a great experience for her. :)
