In a 6 qrt crock pot, place 15 cinnamon sticks and a tsp or so whole cloves. Cover with boiling water and steep on warm for a few hours.
In a larger pan, strain in crock pot liquid and add:
4 C sugar
1 large can pineapple juice
1 1/2 C lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
2 C orange juice (about 6 oranges)
Heat to serve, but don't boil again.
This is based off a recipe from my friend Neola and I always think of her when I make it.
