I don't know why I don't feel guilty. Every part of my nature says I should. I just don't.
I bought a new elliptical machine... a nice elliptical machine. It is silent. It is smooth. It works me out completely and fast. I really like it. I can't really justify it, so I don't. I just say I wanted it, I found a good deal on the one I wanted, and I bought it.
My Smooth Fitness 2.0 arrived Thursday morning and I spent two hours putting it together.
I'm glad God supplies both our needs and our wants. And I am quite grateful every stationary step I take on it.

WooHoo! I love it, does that mean I am not going to see you running intervals anymore?
Variety is always good, so I may still run occassionally. But I did an interval workout on the elliptical this morning and it was every bit as tough as running intervals.
